Rotel and Green Chile Breakfast Bake


*6 eggs

*1 cup heavy cream

*14 oz chopped green chilis

*10 oz rotel

*1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

salt and pepper to taste


1.  Whisk eggs and heavy cream.

2.  Add rotel and chilies, stir

3.  Stir in half of the cheese.

4. Spray baking dish, pour in egg mixture

5. Bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes

6.  Add remaining cheese, bake another 5 minutes
