Turkey Bacon Avacado Grilled Cheese

INGREDIENTS:

*2 slices rye bread

*2 slices cooked turkey bacon

*2 slices fresh Parmesan cheese

*1/2 avocado

*2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

DIRECTIONS:

1. Brush one side of each slice of bread with EVOO.

2. Heat skillet over medium heat add one slice of bread EVOO side down

3. Add 1 slice parmesan cheese, turkey bacon, sliced avocado, second slice parmesan cheese.

4. Top with second slice of bread, EVOO side up

5. Cook both sides until golden brown
